Smile .. (^^,)

Smile..

People always say 'Smile', 'Don't frown'..
Have you wondered why?
Well, yea... definitely you will be producing a lot more endorphines that can help to increase a person's happpiness and make life seem a lot easier.. but there are more to it than just endorphines production..

A smile, can mean a lot of things, but one most important thing that a smile can mean is a person's joy.

A smile is always contagious.. whenever you smile, u will find the people around you smiling together with u.. When you smile, u bring comfort and joy to people around you, and make them feel that there is still something good in this world.

A smile may be difficult to paint when things are going bumpy and life ain't going smooth, but a smile can change a mindset and make life a bnit brighter in its darkest time.

Imagine a world without laughter, a world without smiles, there will be no beauty and everything will be dull.

So, start smiling today and spread the smile around. A smile can make a difference... (^^)
